Principal consultant in ERM’s climate change practice in London, UK. She has over 12 years’ experience in the climate change and flood management fields in the UK and South Africa. Lisa’s work on mitigation involves carbon footprinting, carbon management and analysis of regulatory risks linked to emission limits, taxes and competitiveness. Her work on climate vulnerability involves mainstreaming climate resilience within processes/organisations, capacity building and support with development and implementation of climate policies and procedures. Lisa leads the independent evaluation of the performance and effectiveness of the global Mitigation Action Plans and Scenarios (MAPS) programme which involves the development of an M&E framework for a large scale climate change advocacy programme and real-time evaluation to ensure lessons learned are fed into the future operations of the project.
