Join us in renewing the Earth-Eval Community - Share your insights by February 7th

On

As we enter the new year, we are excited to announce the revitalization of Earth-Eval, an innovative Community of Practice (CoP) originally launched by the GEF Independent Office of Evaluation in 2011. Whether you’ve participated as a member, contributed to a blog or webinar, or followed our work as an interested stakeholder over the years, we thank you for your invaluable support.

Our renewed focus will emphasize evaluation to drive climate action and environmental protection: through a new partnership, we aim to expand our reach and impact, fostering stronger collaboration and outreach. Building on the Earth Day Evaluation Declaration, our commitment includes integrating and supporting context-specific criteria for environmental, social, and economic sustainability in all evaluations.

To achieve this, we need to progress together as a community, building networks and sharing knowledge to advance evaluation practices, tools, and methods for a sustainable future.

You will hear more about our plans in our next communications, but we would love to hear from you: please let us know if you’re interested in joining this initiative and share your thoughts on priorities, needs, and expectations from the renewed Community of Practice, by completing a short survey, by February 7th.  *** Thank you for your interest, we closed the survey ***
