The objective of the project was to contribute to a better understanding of the Lake Balaton ecological and socio/economic system's vulnerability and resilience arising from multiple forces of global and local change, including land use, demographic, economic and climate change and build capacity

The project goal is to facilitate the development and implementation of effective adaptive strategies.

The programme aims to overcome institutional, financial, technical and capacity barriers to energy efficiency in the Public Sector, contributing to the creation of a sustainable market for energy efficiency in this sector.
