In 2010 three international NGOs – Swedish Forum Syd, Danish DanChurchAid/ Christian Aid (DCA/CA) and Cord – set up a programme concerning climate change adaptation in Cambodia, in cooperation with a number of Cambodian NGOs, called the Joint Climate Change Initiative (JCCI).

Sida supported several District Heating (DH) rehabilitation in Latvia and Russia from the mid-90s. This Evaluation assesses five DH rehabilitation projects in 1994-2003 of  which four were selected to fit the objectives of  the First Baltic Billion Fund (FBBF).

In 1999 Sida initiated cooperation with Dhaka in the area of urban transportation.

Sida has assigned to the Swedish Environmental Research Institute (IVL) to evaluate the programme for Atmospheric Environment Issues in Developing Countries.

This report can best be described as a meta-evaluation. It takes a close look at nine evaluations of Sida's support to regional research collaboration in Africa.
