L'évaluation ex-post du Programme Energie Domestique Sahel "(PED Sahel) a été mise en oeuvre par l'institut Südwind chargé par la GTZ. L'équipe d'évaluation était composée d'Oliver Karkoschka (expert international) et d'Ibrahima Sylla comme expert national.
