Throughout my higher education (BA, Middlebury College, USA; MPhil, University of Oxford, UK) I have focused on sustainability and particularly climate change from a social science perspective. I am currently pursuing a PhD on climate policy evaluation with Opens external link in new windowProfessor Andy Jordan at the Opens external link in new windowTyndall Centre for Climate Change Research, School of Environmental Sciences at the University of East Anglia. I joined the Institute for Political Science at the Technische Universität Darmstadt as a research and teaching fellow with Opens internal link in current windowProf. Dr. Kai Schulze in October 2016. Since April 2017, I am a research fellow with Öffnet externen Link in neuem FensterProf. Dr. Michèle Knodt, where I contribute to the Öffnet externen Link in neuem FensterKopernikus Project on the European Energy Union. My research focuses on energy, climate, and environmental politics and especially polycentric governance and policy monitoring evaluation.
