Nathalie Beaulieu is an independent consultant working in Montreal, Canada, through her individual business named “Concert-Eauâ€. Her background is in civil engineering, with experience in soil erosion and watershed management. She has a Ph.D. in remote sensing obtained in 1998 from the Université de Sherbrooke in Canada.
