Nathalie Beaulieu

Nathalie Beaulieu is an independent consultant working in Montreal, Canada, through her individual business named “Concert-Eau”. She offers consulting, evaluation, facilitation and training services for collaborative water management and climate change adaptation. She is a member of the Canadian Evaluation Society. From 2013 to 2015, she conducted a postdoctoral fellowship in regional development with the Université du Québec à Rimouski within a community-university research alliance on the challenges of coastal communities facing climate change. From 2006 to 2012 she worked with the International Development Research Centre (IDRC) as one of the program officers of the Climate Change Adaptation in Africa (CCAA) program in Dakar, Senegal. From 1996 to 2006, she worked as a research fellow with the International Centre for Tropical Agriculture (CIAT) in Cali, Colombia. From 1992 to 1996 she was an exchange student and consultant with the Centro Agronómico Tropical de Investigación y Enseñanza (CATIE) in Turrialba, Costa Rica. Her background is in civil engineering, with experience in soil erosion and watershed management. She has a Ph.D. in remote sensing obtained in 1998 from the Université de Sherbrooke in Canada.
