Knowledge management and communication expert with extensive experience in facilitating communities of practice and leading online policy dialogues. She joined the GEF Independent Office of Evaluation in October 2024 to spearhead the development of a community of practice focused on enhancing capacities and expertise in the evaluation of climate change, agriculture and food security programs, and building on the experience of the Earth-Eval and EvalForward communities. She holds a master's degree in political science, obtained with honors from the Università La Sapienza.

Francisco Grahammer, Peruvian national with over 20+ years of combined experience in Communications, Business Management and Systems Engineering solutions. He joined the GEF Independent Evaluation office in 2010. Francisco holds two degrees; Computer Science from San Diego State University in the USA and Industrial Engineering from Universidad de Lima in Peru.
