Partnering for Stronger Evaluation in Africa

The Global Environment Facility Evaluation Office (GEFEO) and the African Evaluation Association (AfrEA) have decided to put their hands together to strengthen evaluation capacity on the African continent. Heads of both institutions are expected to sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) here in Washington DC.
The GEFEO has already signed similar MoU with other regional evaluation associations such as Sea Change CoP in Asia and the International Program Evaluation Network (IPEN).
